TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

ORDERS

Here at Retirement Ready we strive to ship orders within 48 hours of them being placed. When your order is placed you should receive an email confirmation as well as tracking information after your order has shipped. If you do not see an email, be sure to check your junk or spam folders as sometimes emails get filtered into those folders. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking information, please email us so that we can get the information to you. 

  • Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the shipping address listed is correct before finalizing your purchase.
  • Retirement Ready is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, USPS is responsible for any mail pieces that undergo their delivery services.
  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim, we will be able to take further action to resolve the issue. Until then, we appreciate your patience as we work with USPS.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee that USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost or stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout; please verify before completing your purchase.
  • Retirement Ready is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.
  • All packages returned due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email.

DOMESTIC ORDERS/SHIPPING

  • We work extremely hard to have orders processed within 48 hours of purchase, however, in rare circumstances it can take up to 7 business days for an order to be processed. 
  • Shipping time is the actual time it takes (according to the carrier) for various shipping services to deliver the product; this does not include processing time. 
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during the holiday season due to increased volume.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPPING

  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
  • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
  • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during the holiday season due to increased volume.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, which is why we offer hassle-free exchanges on all our items.

  • Exchanges on your item:
    If for whatever reason your item does not fit or look quite right, don’t worry, we will take care of the exchange for you. You can return your unworn and unwashed items by emailing us at: shopretirementready@gmail.com. Retirement Ready will provide instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to exchange the item for a different size or style. If you have questions regarding different styles or fits, we are here to help. Feel free to email us so we can help you select an item, size, or style that meets your needs.

DISCOUNT CODES

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
  • Our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they have been finalized and payment has been accepted.
  • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

EMAIL/SMS MARKETING:

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

By opting into our email or SMS marketing you are giving consent for Retirement Ready to contact you regarding future opportunities.


CURRENCY EXCHANGE/FLUCTUATION RATES

  • International exchange rates are implemented.
  • Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market. 

SALES

  • All sale items are Final Sale including Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.
  • Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale. 

SPECIAL SALE EVENTS (EXPOS, WARHOUSE SALE, MEET & GREETS ETC…)

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.
  • Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
